Payment and dispatch

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of 5,95 € per order.
We only send vouchers by email. Therefore there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge a flat shipping fee of 11,95 € per order to Austria.
We charge a flat shipping fee of 19,95 € per order to Switzerland.
We charge a flat shipping fee of 18,95 € per order in other EU countries.
We only send vouchers by email. Therefore there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

Delivery in Switzerland is carried out by DHL EXPRESS Switzerland, therefore delivery addresses to a post office or parcel stations such as MyPost24 are not possible.

Please note that the prices declared for shipping to a non-EU country are net prices (excluding VAT). Additional customs costs, such as import sales tax (VAT) and import duties, are incurred when importing into your country. These will be charged by DHL EXPRESS Switzerland upon delivery. Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 6 - 10 working days, for deliveries abroad within 7 - 12 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
